I’ve been using one of these for 18 months now; initially used it to practice chokes and arm bars etc, but mostly use it these days for training and drilling transitions between guard passing, side control and mount etc
Great bit of kit and should be an essential part of your training regime.
Very useful and one of my main pieces of training equipment
I really like using the Maddox. It’s a good investment that allows me to drill even when time is short. I use it with an A4 gi. It’s like having a reliable training partner who never gets bored of what you want to work on.
Best Grappling or BJJ Dummy I've used. Don't buy cheap ones they suck!
I've been doing BJJ for several years and like many guys with a job and family don't get to class as much as I would like so I decided to treat myself to this beast of a BJJ dummy. I actually watched the video on Fightstorepro Youtube which was really good and convinced me this was a good investment. Got to day despite the high price tag its worth every penny. I looked at the cheaper versions and am so pleased I went for this one. It sits up well and allows proper use of the guard, like Alex on the video suggested I also put an A4 Gi on the dummy. Works great, allows so much more than with no gi and practising grips is super easy!
Fantastic piece of kit and great service from Fightstorepro!
