Fightstorepro are one of the UK's leading retailers in the exciting Fight Sports market and are expanding their operations from their busy Newcastle City Centre base. We require an additional Sales person to drive sales both from retail customers and the many Combat Sport Clubs around the UK.
The Successful applicant will want a career in the business and will be willing to work hard and build on the company's success, must be both IT literate & web literate as well as have excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone. Knowledge of the sports themselves is advantageous but not completely necessary.
Duties include
Answer Incoming calls and serving customers in store.
Customer service enquiries by email and telephone
Process orders received
Building Leads of Clubs and Gyms etc for Pro Partner Program.
Develop and update Database and Email Lists
First contact Customers (usually Email or Text)
There is basic wage and commission on sales
On Target Earnings should be in excess of £22,000 in first year.
