Zinc Oxide Tapes are inelastic, which means they don’t stretch. You can use this rigidity to help restrict and prevent painful movements, or movements that may cause further injury. It is mainly used to protect non-weight bearing joints; fingers, wrists and thumbs from the inevitable injuries sustained playing in contact and combat sports. They also provide protection for your skin and joints, especially when grappling, climbing or weightlifting. Using it will reduce the risk of dislocations, blisters, calluses, grazes and cuts.
