Twins Thai Flag Boxing Gloves feature the innovative visual creations of the Twins Brand. These Boxing Gloves feature a new graphic design on the gloves.

Twins Boxing Gloves with the Velcro wrist strap are made to withstand the immense pressures that world-class Martial Arts competitors put upon their equipment. The 8 and 10 oz gloves are designed for competition bouts. The 12, 14, and 16 oz gloves are ideal for training and sparring. Their heavier glove provides for a rigorous workout and the attached thumb design prevents injuries.

The construction of the Boxing Gloves helps improve the proper form and power of punching; the extra hand padding is designed for hitting the heavy bag or sparring with a partner. These exceptional gloves will provide you with the functionality and long-lasting durability TWINS SPECIAL is known for.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We always seek to dispatch items within 24-48 hours. If we receive orders before 12pm we will often dispatch on the same day. If an item has gone out of stock or there is any kind of issue we will contact you within 24 hours of purchase and resolve any resulting issue immediately. We are constantly available by mail and phone and are committed to a very high level of customer service.

Which courier companies do you use?
We use several courier companies depending on the type of delivery service you have requested and the area that your order is being delivered to. Our priority here is to work with courier companies that offer a reliable service, providing us and our customers with maximum comfort that goods are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

What countries do you deliver to?
We offer the option to deliver to any country in the world. However, there may be times when the size of your order and unforeseen circumstances mean we cannot deliver to you. We will let you know if this is the case and try to find an alternative option.

Due to distance, delivery times may vary. We work towards the following delivery targets:

• United Kingdom (1 to 3 working days based on courier selection)
• Rest of Europe (3 to 8 working days)
• USA and Canada (8 to 10 working days)
• Rest of the World (10 to 14 working days)

Please note, with heavy items from the GYM EQUIPMENT section these will typically take longer to deliver. Typically 5-7 days for Heavy Bags. Steel Work from the Gym Equipment Section (Boxing Rings, Frames and Weights Racks) are made to order and it can take up to 4 weeks to deliver the item. Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Customs and import charges are paid for once the order reaches its destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges and may be unavoidable.
As we have no control over these charges we are not responsible for paying them and unfortunately would not be able to tell you the cost. If you need to find out these costs, you should contact your local customs office.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Returns

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) purchased with us and wish to return the item(s) we will be more than happy to refund the cost of the item(s) or exchange the item(s), less any carriage fees incurred, within 14 days of you receiving your item(s).

All items returned must meet the following requirements in order to qualify for a full refund:

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Fightstore is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
  • Fightstore will not refund, exchange or repair free of charge any goods damaged, marked, with parts missing or no longer in merchantable quality.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided to us on return.
  • A valid returns number must be visible on the outside of the packet of returned goods as well as inside - no returns number may result in your return not being processed fully or quickly.

Please email info@fightstorepro.com or call us on 0191 447 4565 with your name, order number and reason for return to obtain a valid returns number. 

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons we will be unable to refund or exchange any groin guards, gum shields, Thai Cream/Oil or Vale Tudo shorts as well as many ‘corner team’ items.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

On delivery, if the packaging appears compromised in any way please make a note of this when you sign for the consignment or reject completely. If, upon opening the packaging, the item is physically damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Fightstore Pro within 48 hours of receipt.

Our representative will then arrange the delivery of a replacement part at the earliest opportunity.

Requests to return items due to cosmetic faults may be refused. Fair usage guidelines of equipment and fight wear is determined by the individual brand manufacturers ONLY.

REFUND POLICY

All customers have the option to return their goods with a valid returns number within 14 days if they are not fully satisfied with them. (Excluding some items due to hygiene reasons)

  • Full refunds cannot be processed/issued without a returns number as described above.
  • The purchase price, less the carriage charge will be refunded only if the goods are returned in their original condition including any original packaging within the 14 day period.
  •  We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • Refunds can only be issued back to the same account via the same method of original payment for security reasons.
  • Fightstore reserves the right to charge a £7.50 restocking fee on item(s) returned.
  • Any returned item sent or received after the 14 day period may still do so for exchange or store credit when reaching the above criteria.
  • Items bought wrongly by the customer can be returned only for store credit or exchange to the value originally paid.
  • Any refund duty will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation/receiving the return of an order.
  • If a collection is required, it must be from the same address to which the item was delivered. A courier collection fee of £30 will be charged or taken from your over-all refund. Please ensure someone is available between 9am - 5pm on the specified day for this to occur. If the item cannot be collected the collection fee is none refundable.
  • If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Fightstore is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
