What else will I need?

We recommend that you also buy a set of swivels to reduce strain on the straps of your bag. Without them, there's a higher chance of damaging your bag. We stock Heavy Weight Swivels (rated for up to 50kg) and Commercial Weight Swivel (rated for up to 65kg).

How can I hang the bag?

To hang the bag you will need to attach a set of chains or straps to the bag loops. 

You can then use a heavy duty carabine to latch the bag onto a ceiling swivel, frame or bracket.

When placing a bracket onto a wall you'll want to ensure that when the bag is hanging there will be enough height in order to comfortably throw punches and uppercuts at the protruding ringed section at the top of the bag. 

When can I receive my uppercut bag after purchase?

We aim to have all bag deliveries carried out within a week. This largely depends on factors such as availability of bag filling material as well as the location for transportation.
