REVGEAR Design Competition

Revgear University, the highly successful martial arts training camp run by parent company Revgear Sports. Long-standing American MMA brand Revgear have come to the UK with a bang and through sponsorship of Top UFC fighters such as Jimi Manuwa, Andy Ogle, Chris Camozzi, Tim Kennedy, Ross Pearson and more, Revgear have become a world-recognized brand. UK based REVGEAR distributors fightstorepro.com in conjunction with REVGEAR HQ in Los Angeles CA are looking to produce an exclusive range of Sportswear to launch in 2015 designed by YOU! We are looking for one or two talented designers to design a collection that is creative, versatile and functional. The range will need to include Tee shirts, long sleeved training shirts, track and sweat suits, Boxing Sweat shorts, Hoodies -sweats, etc.. The finalists will receive a week-long placement at Revgear Headquarters, their winning collection manufactured and sold worldwide and be featured in high profile industry media. This competition provides an excellent opportunity to bridge that gap between MMA and fashion while showcasing the best up and coming UK design talent. The winning range will demonstrate an understanding of sportswear particularly in an MMA context and take into account brand logo and design aesthetics. Ultimately the winning collections will need to be creative both in practicality and usability as well as show a clear understand of the sport and the brand as a whole. Judging panel will consist of Revgear’s CEO, Fightstore Pro Managing Director Alex Wright and UFC Stars Andy Ogle and Mike Wilkinson.
